Bob Thompson - CEO/Founder
Bob is a proud Midlander with a wealth of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. After graduating from TCU 2015, he began his career at Higginbotham Insurance, focusing on commercial policies in Oil and Gas. In 2018, Bob took his passion further as a salesman for Precision Pipe Rentals, gaining invaluable insights along the way. Today, he harnesses his expertise and family legacy in Oil and Gas as the CEO of Sierra Madre.
Cody Mulloy - COO/Founder
Cody, a lifelong Midlander, has established strong connections with both independent and major operators in the Permian Basin. After completing degree from Texas Tech in 2015, he honed his expertise in downhole tools and well optimization for Weatherford, TRC, and Post Companies. At Sierra Madre, Cody leverages his extensive knowledge and experience to enhance production and streamline operations. His commitment to excellence is in every project he undertakes.
Robert Thompson - VP of Operations and Geology
Robert brings over 40 years of experience to Sierra Madre, most of which in the independent operator sector. A Massachusetts native and a graduate of Hartwick College, he began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1983. In 2014 after a successful career with Incline Energy and Phoenix Hydrocarbons, Robert began operating his own wells in Crockett and Pecos County. Sierra Madre's success is largely attributed to the knowledge and expertise that Robert contributes.
